PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

We provide a Pre-Order service on certain items in our online store. These items are not yet available for dispatch and will be sent to you once the official release date has been reached.

The release dates we provide are based on the information we have from manufacturers, and this is subject to change. We will update the website information to reflect any changes to release dates and shipment times as we receive it.

Ordering

When Pre-Ordering an item, please ensure all billing, shipping and contact information are correct to guarantee your order is confirmed. Due to high demand, we reserve the right to keep Pre-Orders to one item per customer.

You will receive a conformation email when you Pre-Order an item and will receive another email when we ship your item. If there are any issues with taking payment, you will also receive an email about this. If you have made a Pre-Order and have not yet received a confirmation email, please contact us.

Payment

When Pre-Ordering an item, a deposit of £1 must be taken from your bank account at the checkout. Therefore, you must provide your credit or debit card information to make your Pre-Order, but your card will not be charged the full amount until the agreed payment day. We only accept credit and debit card payments and do not accept PayPal.

The remaining balance for the product will be taken from the same card details you provided at the checkout. Payment will be taken on the agreed payment date; this is typically 3 days prior to the release date and will be confirmed at the checkout.

You must ensure that your bank details are correct, and that the card you have used to check out does not expire before the dispatch date. You must also ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account so that the full balance can be taken.

Be advised, Bank Holidays and your bank provider may interrupt payment being taken, if this is the case, payment will be taken on the next available working day.

If payment cannot be taken, you must remedy this before the release date, otherwise we can no longer reserve this item for you. If you are having trouble with arranging payment for the release date, please contact us.

Please note, many Pre-Order items come with a discounted price, therefore, these items cannot be bought in conjunction with any other discount promotions.

Points

We run a reward points service for all purchases made online, including Pre-Orders. You will receive reward points for Pre-Order items once full payment has been taken from your account. You can view your points by logging into your account.

Cancellation

You reserve the right to cancel your Pre-Order at any time. If you decide to cancel your Pre-Order up until 5 working days prior to the release date, you will be refunded your deposit of £1. After this time the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once the item has been shipped, you can no longer cancel the Pre-Order. However, once you have received your item, if for any reason you wish to return it, please follow our returns policy (link).

Delivery

We will ensure your item is dispatched on the official release date and if any issues arise with this, we will email you immediately. However, we work with external parities to deliver our items and cannot be responsible for delays in your order due to delivery services. Be aware that adverse weather conditions, traffic delays and bank holidays may affect your delivery time. If you have concerns about a late Pre-Order, please get in touch.
