Dear Customers,

Due to the high demand for these products, as well as the limited stock and shipping issues arising from the pandemic, we are now forced to allocate stock on a first come, first serve basis. This means that many customers orders will not be fulfilled for the February 19th release and will either need to wait for the next print of this set or will be refunded if requested or if no more stock is available.

We are also only able to allocate one of each product per customer, meaning that any duplicate orders will not be fulfilled until we have excess stock available to do so.

We would also like to point out that while we will make every effort to fulfill everyone’s orders, we cannot guarantee that every order will be fulfilled. In this case, we will notify customers and refund them for their orders.

You will be notified if your order can be fulfilled or if you will be placed in a queue for the next wave of Shining Fates items. If you do not receive a message from us by the 17th of February please message us at stating your order number and we will help you with your order.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we are committed to fulfilling every order to the best of our ability in these unprecedented circumstances. Despite these challenges, we’re super excited about the newest release from Pokemon TCG and we hope all our fellow Pokemon trainers are excited too!
