Finally, after months of being stuck in lockdown, we are finally getting ready to welcome all of you back into our store from Monday 26th of April! We’re very excited to see you again in the flesh and we want to thank you all for supporting us through these rough first months of 2021.
We would like to remind all of our customers that social distancing measures will still be required when entering our store. As we are closely following the advice provided by the government, we aim to be constantly updating our store staff on the latest information we have available to us, to ensure the safest environment for everyone inside our store.
If you are intending to visit us, we ask that you take precautions to further minimise risk to you and our staff, please be considerate of our staff and of fellow customers.
You will see that there are additional measures such as protective screens around the till, and floor tape to provide guidance for social distancing when queuing or navigating the store.
We ask that you adhere to the following during your visit:
-You follow the recommended social distancing rules when in store
-You follow all guidance from staff when visiting the store
-You follow all instructions provided by additional signage/floor tape
-Do not touch any items within the store unless you intend to purchase them
-Do not visit the store if you are presenting possible COVID-19 symptoms such as high fever or continuous cough.
Some limitations such as the availability of the fitting rooms and the number of customers permitted in the store at one time can be decided at the discretion of the staff. As fitting rooms will not be available at this time and products cannot be tried/touched unless purchased, we will be changing our store policy to allow exchanges, credits and monetary refunds.
Also, our staff will continue to offer bags for purchases, for the 10p charge, but must insist all goods are packed by you.
Please be assured that additional cleaning measures have been put in place in our store to ensure the shop is kept thoroughly cleaned. This will include regular wipe downs of entrance doors and surfaces throughout the day. Staff have been provided with disinfectant and the wipes required for ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
This is an ever-evolving situation and as such policies may change at any time, under advisement from the Government. We will try to ensure we broadcast such changes as quickly as possible, as soon as they are implemented.
Remember, you can always check out our Facebook page for a bit of geeky inspo! Stay safe out there!
