Online returns
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
** Important** As a result of Covid19 and the impact it has had on delivery times and the ability to travel we have extended the allocated length of time for returning an item for an exchange or credit note to 60 days. Returns for a refund remain at 28 days, however we will be unable to issue cash refunds during this time. We ask that customers pay by credit / debit card at this time.

How to return an item
Log in to your account and within orders select the return button next to the item you wish to return, once you have entered your reason for return you will be given a "Return Reference Number". Write this number clearly at the bottom of your receipt which was initially delivered with the item.

You can either post this item to us or drop the item in to our store.

Return via post
If you are posting the item to us use the address at the bottom of receipt.

Online Return to store
If you would prefer to drop the return in to our store. Clearly mark GEEK-ABOO RETURNS on the box.
A Resident Geek will issue a receipt as confirmation we have received your return, keep this safe until your return has been fully processed.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The length of time until you receive your refund will depend on your card issuers policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund for a faulty/incorrect item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning the product due to a change of mind, shipping costs will remain your responsibility.

In-store Returns
Purchases made in-store can only be returned within the store, you may return the item within 28 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. Store credit may only be redeemed in-store (excludes sale items, makeup and hosiery products). The original receipt
must be included and the item must be in its original packaging, in perfect, unused condition & including all tags.
